Rani Sharone of Stolen Babies talked with The Age Of Metal


Bizarre, unique, avant-garde goth metal is the best way to describe the band Stolen Babies. From their early days as The Fratellis the band has been around since 2006 with their first release of “There Be Squabbles Ahead,” have been making a name for themselves in the metal scene.  The band consists of Gil Sharone (drums), Ben Rico (Keyboard), Rani Sharone (vocals & bass) Dominique Persi (vocals).

Stolen Babies came to town on the Epic Kings and Idols tour with Katatonia, Devin Townsend & Paradise Lost played the Marquee in Tempe ArizonaStolen babies did a killer job opening the show.  They were totally killer, their unique sound was something new and refreshing for all to hear.  They played a few new songs off their upcoming album which were great.  Stage presence and a stellar vocals intrigued everyone.  The crowd really enjoyed them and even started a pit for their last song.  Arizona can’t wait for them to come back.
