Out of all the rising bands, Abiotic is by far the most innovative of them all. They just released their second album titled Casuistry, and they’re already claiming the throne of modern death metal authority. Compared to the début album Symbiosis, Abiotic thrives in clean grooves transitioning to brutal atmospheres in Casuistry. With this album, Abiotic will enter your mind and destroy your sanity.
Abiotic are masters at both composition and stimulation. To anyone who hears this band, it’s evident they are exceptional musicians; but more so, they create an environment that is vigorous. It is the combination of these two elements that makes Abiotic so ruthless. Casuistry is sure to provoke any listener; whether it be listening to the album or experiencing a live performance.
The Age of Metal was able to speak with Abiotic vocalist Travis Bartosek. We had some fun in the interview, discussing Disney and other bands. But we also discuss great topics such as what he can tell anticipating fans about Casuistry, how his experience has been like as a vocalist, and the touring they have planned.
