Casey Grillo is well-known for his role as the man behind the drums in Kamelot, but besides his passion for playing drums around the world with Kamelot, he also have started to make a name on his own with his new company. Drumstatic. But, what is Drumstatic? they are a custom logo drumhead company that has delivered eye-catching quality products for some of the big names in the music industry.
Their work has been featured by many big artists, from Madonna to KISS to Janet Jackson to Rihanna, including big heavy metal bands like Korn, Suicidal Tendencies, and Five Finger Death Punch all had used Drumstatic for their custom drumheads. The work that Casey & Drumstatic have done have also been featured on television as they were picked up by the NFL (National Football Association) to customize the drumheads that Chad Smith of Red Hot Chilli Peppers used on his drum set during the half-time at the Superbowl XLVIII in 2014.
The success of Drumstatic didn’t stop with the Superbowl, they have pushed themselves further to even experimenting with new techniques and as a result, they were the company that introduced custom light drumheads designs that ended up on KISS‘s Eric Singer drum set during the last KISS tour.
