Holy Grail is one of those bands that whether or not you see them live or hear them on their records they bring a massive amounts of energy. Their stage presence is excellent and they know how to work a crowd. I had the privilege of seeing them a few times and every time they brought it on the big stages or even on some very small stages.
Last Sunday they played on one of the dates for the Metal Alliance tour with Thrash legends Anthrax and Exodus, and with support High on Fire and Municipal Waste. Every band brought their A game for this show and Holy Grail, being the show opener, was no exception. They played a short set with only 25 minutes but in it they played to the best of their ability.
During that last Sunday we here at The Age of Metal conducted an interview with James Paul Luna, vocalist for Holy Grail. In the interview we talked about the tour, the recording process for their newest album Ride the Void, playing with such Thrash legends in Anthrax and Exodus, and whats in store for them in the future after this tour. Catch our video interview below and catch them on tour on the Metal Alliance as it continues its rampage across North America.
